Media Support
Media Services specializes in planning, producing, and executing complex presentations and events that require the use of today’s technology. Comprehensive technical services are available for any media function, including sound reinforcement, stage lighting, audio and video recording, and operation of in-house sound systems.

With few exceptions, break-out facilities are permanently equipped with overhead projectors, VCRs and monitors, or video projection units. The use of most permanently-installed equipment is automatically included in the fee for the use of the facility, ensuring that the cost of your event is affordable. Media Services also provides support equipment, including microphones, portable sound systems, camcorders and digital cameras.

“Smart” classrooms -- equipped with a presentation station and a managed PC - include such features as data projectors, in-room sound systems, DVD and/or VHS players, video display systems, televisions and document cameras. Each system provides bright images, computer interface with internet access and projection, video playback, and simplified control systems allowing for the system to be self-operated.
