Fireplaces
and a sky-lit atrium enhance the unique ambience of Anderson Commons,
our dining café. Bon Appétit Management Company creates
restaurant-quality fare, served three times daily in this beautiful
setting. A wide variety of fresh, savory, and healthy dishes are
prepared by professional chefs with an eye to pleasing every palate.
All meals are “smorgasbord” with a wide
array of breakfast selections, and a choice of two or three entrees
for lunch and dinner – plus a salad bar, Farmer’s Market,
deli bar, and a variety of desserts and beverages – all in
unlimited portions. Bon Appétit is chef-driven and customizes
its menus to fit the dining requirements of our conference and event
guests.

chefs provide everything from light snacks to exotic, international
cuisine. Whether your event calls for coffee breaks, picnics, or
banquets, on-site consultation with our Catering Director and Executive
Chef ensures that your event will create a unique and lasting impression
