  1. What types of events can I rent facilities for at Wheaton College? Wheaton College facilities are available for youth programs, exhibits, religious meetings (organizations and meeting content must concur with the Wheaton College Statement of Faith), concerts, educational sessions, sports camps, board meetings, as well as private functions such as anniversaries and wedding rehearsal dinners.

  2. Who will manage my event and how many people will I need to work with? Conference Services is proud to be a certified one-stop shop. Every event is assigned to an event manager – you have one primary contact from your initial phone inquiry through final billing – one contact, one contract and one bill.

  3. Where is Wheaton College located? The college campus is located 25 miles west of downtown Chicago. Maps and directions from all points are available.

  4. How much does it cost to hold an event at Wheaton College? One of the primary reasons why 90% of our clients are repeat customers is because of our affordable rates. We will be happy to provide you with a packaged quote for facility rates, service rates and food services. Most residential conference programs cost under $50 per day for three meals, facilities and support services.

  5. When are Wheaton College facilities available? Meeting facilities and dining services are available year-round. Campus accommodations are available from mid-May through the end of July or beginning of August.

  6. Are there any restrictions for using Wheaton College facilities? Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited on campus. We are unable to entertain requests for most trade shows and events which include social dancing as a program component.

  7. How soon do I need to make facility reservations? We recommend that you book and contract your facility reservation no less than 30 days in advance. We are unable to entertain facility requests with less than a 14-day notice.
