Facility Rates

Special Events
The minimum facility fee for a special event is $150. After the initial $150, rates are charged at the base minimum rate (up to five hours of use), with additional time charged at the hourly rate, up to the maximum day rate as outlined below. Residential Conferences
Facility fees are discounted for residential conference program. Rates are charged on a calendar date’s basis per facility used. For a complete listing, download a printable chart of Facility Rates for Residential Conferences. Please note: residential conference facilities are only available during the summer.

Accommodation rates are not included in the "facility rates chart". They are described below.

Fischer Hall is $27.00 per person, per night, double-plus* occupancy, and $41.35 per person, per night, single occupancy. Traditional Style Residence Halls are $26.25 per person, per night, double-plus occupancy, and $39.80 per person, per night, single occupancy.

Regardless of which residence hall you choose, the following apply:

• Children seven years of age and under may sleep free-of-charge in the same room with parents in parent-provided sleeping equipment (limit one child per room; no bed or towel linens are provided).
• Rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes, and incorporate all residence hall services, including linens and front desk hotel-type registration and concierge service.

Four Fischer Hall Guest Rooms are available (three doubles and one quad) for those groups whose contracted housing block is in Fischer Hall at $36.65 per person, double plus occupancy and $49.60 per person for single occupancy.

Harbor House Guest Rooms are $82.00 per night. The Fairwyn Suite is $103.00 per night.

*Double-plus occupancy is defined as two or more persons to a room.
