Successful conferences and events require thorough and detailed planning. Our team of professionals manages those details, allowing you to focus on your program.

We offer you a “one-stop-shop” experience. Beginning with your initial phone call through final billing, your assigned event manager is your primary contact, partnering you through each step of your event. We have only one objective – to make your vision a reality.

fred Fred Gizzo, Director

In April of 2007, Fred came to Wheaton College from the Art Institute of Chicago, where he was Director of Special Events. He has been able to incorporate that spectacular event management experience into the needs of Wheaton College Conference Services as Director.

erika Troy Bristow, Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing

Troy joined the Conference Services team in June, 2010. Troy received his MBA in 1995 and has had years of marketing and sales experience as well as served as a missionary in Mexico for two years. He has a special ability to create marketing and sale plans and then scout out new customers that match the goals of Wheaton College and the Conference Services team.

fred Sara Miller, Harbor House Coordinator

Sara, a native of Illinois and an avid runner, joined the Conference Services team in April, 2010, as the coordinator of the Harbor House. Having years of experience in the hospitality industry she has brought with her a unique ability to discern the needs of our guests. Her calm, gracious and welcoming spirit ensure that her guests truly sense a reprieve from the pressures of the world.

fred Meagan Connor, Office Coordinator

Meagan joined the Conference Services team in March of 2008. She is a Wheaton College graduate, class of 2006, and is excited to be working in the College community. Her outgoing personality and customer service skills make Meagan the perfect fit for this fun and professional team.
